Prior to working with Jono, numerous events happened in my personal life that caused me to resort to emotional eating as a way of coping (I lived on chocolate, Coke and cigarettes for years).

Not only did this lead to significant weight gain, I became a very unhappy version of myself – often avoiding the pain by working two jobs and living to serve everyone else’s needs before my own.

I did not have the motivation to exercise on my own, nor did I have the knowledge or skills required to follow a proper training program.

Since working with Jono, I’ve developed a level of fitness that I haven’t had for decades, I’ve lost 25kg of weight, and have become a far better version of myself!

In addition, I’ve tapered off and eliminated my 40 year smoking habit, my blood pressure is back to a healthy standard, and I’ve eliminated the need for both blood pressure and anxiety medication!

The best part though, is my transformation as a person – from the unhealthy, unhappy ‘People Pleaser Julie’ to the ‘Badass Fighting Fit Julie!’

Whilst it hasn’t been an easy journey, I’ve gained so much as a person along the way and the changes I’ve made have led me to live a far healthy, happier and fitter lifestyle.

I now have loads more energy which allows me to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle, and I always look forward to my coaching sessions with Jono!

Jono is an awesome, hard working coach who always gives 100% to all of his clients.  It makes a real difference to work with a Fitness Professional with the expertise to understand the needs & wants of each of his clients, and the skill to provide each with a personalised fitness regime that works for them..
