or &#8216;bad&#8217; creates an environment where one will impose self-judgement on themselves for eating certain foods or engaging in&nbsp;<a><\/a>certain eating behaviours, creating an unhealthy relationship with both food and exercise..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attaching judgment<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc69\u200d\u2696\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/ci4.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/JMOufNlpOlApKH9QHHfMdcAvEg1TgU-Jn00NkN7p9OPNMIiG6_d6O_DRhNJRH7kt18312OM8qU5CzdLJl2Kns5_GiXQPdv8b8fBnglSogecUX2FwAE2d9xCAx8GrONg=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t1e\/1\/16\/1f469_200d_2696.png\">&nbsp;and depriving yourself of specific foods or food groups in this way is simply unhealthy, unrealistic &amp; unsustainable, and often leads to either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-succumbing to the &#8216;scarcity mindset&#8217; (an environment like a social event where the presence of foods that you crave causes you to behave like a frantic squirrel&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc3f\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/ci3.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/w5fkjKJOPWGrg7hBeQRTW4_gvnANib5Bbdk7HBLQhJ5Qev0OjHgjdE7hNPNwgSIfmRf1W-KW782EurrxSRJowFarRz12O3vLmrJ5ABdwzhp1Nnh_tw=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t5f\/1\/16\/1f43f.png\">before winter, because your brain knows it&#8217;s about to be deprived of those very foods.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-resorting to comfort food during situations of emotional vulnerability<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd75\" src=\"https:\/\/ci4.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/vMaZjzmZw7fG6FpH_TxGrBB6n_5MSqiHdvaZY-DmPV5c9JZhOwIA9vtbGQyVOVUrPW3qdhEVoefWu8G62b7GFZ8XPyqA4sOcRD9e4SZacmTwQHt-8Q=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t6f\/1\/16\/1f975.png\">&nbsp;(&#8220;I&#8217;ve had a hard week, I deserve a break&#8221;) where binging, snacking or grazing on foods you crave is the fastest, most rapid &amp; family (or by yourself) OR were you eating due to compulsion?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-if it was compulsive eating, then how were you feeling in that moment? Tired, stressed, frustrated, bored, depressed?
